I had a great session at counselling today and my counsellor was pretty happy about my progress. Truth be told, even i was shocked at how things can changed in a week time. A week ago, i was destroyed and i told him i had nothing to look forward to. I made progress in a few days time and i will continue making progress.
Went to the gym with my 17 years best friend and funny thing is he was the same guy who i started going to the gym with back in 2018. Had a lot of laugh and caught up with our other friend after dinner. Bruh golf really is tiring and it really fucked my back up. Overall i had a lot of fun, got things off my mind, and it’s a step to getting better.
Though at times it sucks that i can be happy and enjoy every moment, i’m appreciating all the good times and working on becoming stronger. Oh and I had a haircut today. Went back to the short and spiky hairstyle and i think i’m gonna keep it for a bit. Something to get used to and a style that suits me more than anything else i guess.
