The perfect date

An underrated action for just the two to enjoy and better yet, doing something and going somewhere unexpected. It was initiated out of the blue thinking it wouldn’t work but things took a different turn. Nothing was prepared and since the date was fixed, there wasn’t a choice but to attend. Initially, the driving license was supposed to be renewed and this crazy idea came out, *why don’t you accompany me while I renew my driving license?* Woke up so early that nobody in the house was even up yet. Left the house to get the car washed both in and out, *first impression is really important* Arrived at the destination and waited patiently. The date got into the car and we had no plans on where to go and thats when the question was asked, “do you mind if I go renew my license?” A no was already expected but “I don’t mind” was the answer. Drove to this place in the middle of the city and got lost in the end. Parked and walked to the office just to find out it’s closed. There were many times where both hands touched each other by accident since the both were walking really close to each other. How do you initiate holding hands on the first date when you don’t even know that person well? Fast forward to the next office in the middle of the city as well and he was accompanied into the office by her since he didn’t really know how to speak the local language. Things didn’t really work out and the both just agreed on going to the nearest mall. First thing they did was eat and lucky for both, sushi was on their mind. After they were done eating, they both looked at the mirror next to them and started picking their teeth while covering their face and laughing for being so silly. The next plan was to head to the ‘VR lab’ where the spark would start. Both were extremely clueless about it and were extremely excited. Both bought tickets for 3–4 games. The first game was roller coaster. Both were accompanied by strangers but were sitting beside each other. As soon as the headset is worn, it feels like you’re in another world. Her headset was put on by the worker and he was just looking at her. Out of nowhere, she grabbed his hand and just held it. He was shocked and happy at the same time. Unexpected things can cause butterflies in the stomach. His headset then was put on by the worker and everyone was in the game. Throughout the whole game, the both were holding on to the handle with one hand and the other was holding the other’s hand. Things got a little awkward after the game was done but instead of being awkward about it, he held her hand while walking up the stairs, leaving her speechless. Got to the next station where it’s a ghost game and you have to escape from the ghost by working with a group to get clues.Thw only rule in that game is to not look directly at the ghost. At that time the two had already planned to watch movie and movie time was getting closer so they both went to the cinema area to get tickets. The both planned that one person would get the tickets and the other would get popcorn+soft drinks. Both of them fear the ocean but decided to watch 47 meters down: uncaged. They both enjoyed each other’s presence in the cinema and were pretty cuddly throughout the movie. They both had gotten really close since the movie and after that, they head back to the VR lab to continue their games. This time, they played the ghost game where they had to work together. Nothing much really happen there since there were a family playing with us too. After that, they proceed to the last game where they had to fight each other within a distance. A simple game whereby both players have superpower that needed to be charged before attacking the other. It’s safe to say that she won and though he was competitive, he had a great time with her. Before leaving the mall, he bought Garrett popcorn and originally it was for his family but he didn’t want to leave her empty handed so he gave it to her instead. The both held hand as he drive her home and upon reaching, he told her how fun his day was even though it started with them going from one place to another to renew his license but didn’t get to in the end. At the end of the day, it isn’t really about renewing his driving license, but spending the whole day being with her. That story will always be one of the sweetest moment he could have and will forever be cherished.
